(Received May 15, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 14. __Mrs Arthur Heald, niece of the Earl of Denbigh, is challenging the Jockey Club to decide whether a woman can become a jockey and is applying for a license to ride in the Derby. She points out that she has ridden in sixteen point-to-point events, trials and hurdle races.
