HON VINCENT MASSEY TO GO TO LONDON.

The ITon Yincent Massey, Canadian Minister at Washington, has been appointed Canadian High Commissioner at London in succession to the late Mr P. C. Larkin, so the Prime Minister, Mr Mackenzie King, lias announced.
