THE REFORM PARTY: LOCAL ORGANISATION.
The statement telegraphed from Wellington regarding the local organisation of the Reform Party is contradicted by local members of the party. At a meeting of the party supporters held last week it was decided to make arrangements for the setting up of a new Provincial Council. TJiis work is proceeding and it is hoped to call the new council together in the near future when the election of officers will come before it. Until this meeting is held no officers can be appointed.
