If the tests are successful, this unit will be put into regular serThere has been some delay in making the tests, owing to the fact that special apparatus had to be installed in the pipe-line to measure the flow of water to the turbine, and* owing to the erection of a special water-rheostat to provide an adequate load for the unit.
