GENOESE MACARONI. Bring to the boil 1 quart of water to which 1 tablespoonful of salt has been added, and into it put ilb macaroni. Boil for 20 minutes. drain, add 1 quart beef broth and cook until the broth is absorbed into the macaroni. Add loz butter, 1 teaspoon mustard, Tib grated cheese, 1 finely' grated small onion and a,dash of pepper. Mix well, put into a baking-dish, sprinkle with bread-crumbs and bake until brown.
