Malcolm Robertson made a voluntary appearance to answer a charge of negligently driving a horse and cart in Westminster Street. . lie was fined £2 and costs. STOLE SET OF SCALES. Donald William Webb Smith was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called, cn a charge of stealing a set of scales valued at £3. The accused pleaded guilty.
