CIVIC PRESENTATION TO CONSTABLE GILLUM?
Commenting on Mr C. W. Ilervey’s suggestion that a civic presentation should be made to Constable Gillum, the Mayor, the Rev J. K. Archer, said this morning that so far he had received no letter from Mr Hervey. Mr Archer did not say what course he intended to take when the letter was received, and stated that in any case he would have to consult the Finance Committee.
