DUKE OF YORK VISITING ROME.

SPENDS DAY SHOOTING OVER KING’S ESTATE. (United Press Assn.—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyr igh t.) (Received January 7, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, January 6. The Duke of York, who will represent the King at the wedding on Wednesday of Princess Marie-Jose of Belgium to the Crown Prince of Italy, arrived in Rome last night. He is accompanied by Admiral Brooke. The Duke was met at the station by the Duke of Spoieto and by Sir Ronald Graham, the British Ambassador to the Quirinal, and the entire staff of the British Embassy. After greetings had been exchanged the Duke, drove to the British Embassy, where he will stay during his short visit to Rome. To-day, together with other Royal guests, the Duke was out shooting over King Victor Emanuel’s estate near Ostia, and to-night he will attend a reception in the Quirinal given to Royalties, the Court and the Diplomatic Corps.
