COASTGUARDS CHARGED WITH LIQUOR THEFTS.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) NEW LONDON (Connecticut), January 4. Twenty-four coastguardsmen have been court-martialled. They were charged with intoxication, and the theft of liquors from a rum-runner, the Flor del Mar after the vessel had been captured.
