Mr R. Ardell, of the Department of r nternal Affairs, is accompanying Visount and Countess Craigavon on their our of New Zealand. Colonel J. Hutchen, who is in charge if the War Graves Division of the In "ernal Affairs Department, and who un til some months ago, when he returned to New Zealand, was Secretary to the New Zealand Administration in Samoa met with an unfortunate accident on Tuesday. He was knocked down by a motor-car, and had one of his legs fractured in two places. Colonel Hutchen is in the Wellington Hospital.
