WILL REVOLUTIONISE THE PETROL MARKET.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received Januarv 4, 3 p.m.) LONDON, January 3. Moscow reports the discovery of twenty-eight large oil-wells in the transCaucasion Steppes. The Soviet has handed them over for working by a Russian petrol firm. The chairman believes that the discovery will revolutionise the world's petrol market.
