ANGLO-AMERICAN TREATY IS SIGNED.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received January 3, 1.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 2. Mr Henry L. Stimson, United State* Secretary of State, and the British Ambassador (Sir Esme Howard) to-day signed a convention between the United States and Britain, delimiting definitely the boundary line between the Philippine Archipelago and the State of North Borneo.
