VISITING SWIMMERS MAKE NEW RECORDS.
Per Press Association. WANGANUI, January 1. Griffiths and Ryan, the Australian swimmers, competed at Gonville this evening. Ryan was successful in establishing a new Wanganui record for a half-mile, doing the distance easily in llmin 58 2-ssec. Griffiths created a new record of 2min 35sec for 220 yards.
