Defendant claimed that he had done work in the garden in lieu of the amount. Judgment was given for plaintiff with costs. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. E. Crooke was ordered to pay Horace Taigel the sum of £l2 14s 6d, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if he paid 4s per week. W. E. Harkeress, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the SpringsEllesmere Electric Power Board the sum of £6 6s Bd, in default eight days’ imprisonment. W. J. M'Atibay was ordered to pay A. E. Anson the” sum of £8 16s, in default ten days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended if he paid £1 per month.
