ORGAN RECITAL.
Dr Bradshaw will give the last two organ recitals of the series at the Cathedral this evening and on Thursday. December 19, at eight o'clock. TU* last recital will consist of Christinas music. To-morrow evening the following programme will be played:—Toccata, Adagio, and Fugue in C major (Bach); Minuet from the Pianoforte Sonata in E flat (Op. 31) (Beethoven): Finale of Sonata Kroica. “Verdun" (Stanford); Meditation from “Thais” (Massenet); Ride of the Valkyries from “Die Walkure ” (Wagner): Intermezzo in D flat (Hollins); Minuet in G for the Pianoforte (Paderewski); Toccata In G major (Dubois).
