The new stamps which the Post and Telegraph Department are issuing will be on sale at the post offices tomorrow. The postage value of the stamp will be one penny, but the price which the buyer will have to pay will be twopence, a penny of
vvmvii wm gu inwards helping to fight tuberculosis in the Dominion.
