FIERCE BUSH FIRES RAGE IN QUEENSLAND.

Fierce bush fires over Mount O’Riley have taken heavy toll t.' agriculture and mountain country. Five banana farms have been burn l >ut and the damage is estimated at several thousand pounds. Several dairy farms in the path of the flames are menaced, but an organ ised force of fire-fighters £. _• doing thei utmost to divert the fire.
