At 6.45 Linwood had made 323 for 8 (Orchard 65) in their first innings against East Christchurch. At 6 p.m. Old Collegians in attempting to overtake the St Alban. otal of 137 had made 37 for 1 (K. O. Talbot 25). Playing Riccarton, Old Boys in their first innings had lost 7 wickets for 334 (Cromb 114). At 6 p.m. Sydenham had lost 8 '.Tickets for 202 in their match 'with West Christchunrch (G.
