AMENDED PLAN OF SQUARE LAY-OUT NOT YET PREPARED .
MEETING OF COMBINED COMMITTEE POSTPONED. Because there has been insufficient time to enable the city engineer to prepare the amended plan of the Cathedral Square lay-out, the meeting of the combined Cathedral Square Committee, which was to have been held this afternoon, has been postponed. The Mayor (the Rev J. K. Archer) stated to-day that no date had been fixed for the meeting.
