At the Magistrate’s Court, Frederick j George Hedges, a bankrupt, pleaded ♦ guilty to a charge of not having kept - proper books, as required by the Act. 1 He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within \ two years, conditional on his paying . the costs of the prosecution and public examination and complying wjth any conditions imposed by the Supreme i Court. i
