HEATHCOTE LIGHTING.
To the Editor. Dear Sir,—l am quite in agreement with your correspondents regarding the lamp at the foot of Dyer’s Pass Road, that it should be erected on the first post on the rise of the Dyer’s Pass Road, this being in a direct line motoring up Colombo Street, and where the usual motorist speeds up. May I congratulate our council on their good work?—l am, etc., CHEERIO.
