RIVAL CAPTAINS.
T. Lawton, captain of the Australian team which played against the All Blacks to-day, has also captained the Albion team in Christchurch. In 1925 Lawton was a member of the Albion Club, and he turned out in a competition game against the North Canterbury senior team at Lancaster Park. It is a coincidence that H. Lilburne, who is captaining the All Blacks against Australia, was also the captain of the Albion Club up till the time he left for Australia.
