Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., June 17. Record entries have been received. Butter classes for the National Dairy Show opening to-morrow. The judge’s comment that the butter butter has undergone a hard test, and have been subjected to lengthy storage for three months and are pleasing. With lew exceptions they find that the quality of the butter stood the test well. The butter opened up as fres has the day at weht to cool storage. Results:— CHAMPIONSHIP. New Zealand aggregate, classes one to six: Rata, 1905 points l Rangiwahia-Ruahine, 189 points .... 2 Rongotoa and Te Awamutu (1885) (equal) 3 GOLD MEDALS. points. Wellington and Hawke’s Bay Provinces, Rata 3795 ISouth Island, Canterbury, Central 376 Auckland, Te Awamutu 373 J CLASS ONE. Box of butter, salted, suitable for export:— Rata and (equal) i MauriceviJle, 95 points 2 CLASS FIVE. Box of export butter from bulk: Apiti, 955 points t Wangaehu, 95 points 2 Katikati, 94 points 3 CLASS SIX.
