THE CAPTAIN S PAL. A hardy old salt is Captain C. B. Kenney. He has sailed the Ocean Main for many a league, and now that his shipping days are o'er he has still his old pal, Edgeworth, to comfort him. “1 have tried about all the different brands of tobacco on the market, he writes, “and in my estimation there is not one make of tobacco that will compare with Edgeworth for a good, cool, long smoke. Sailors would come to me and say: ‘Captain, be sure to put in a good supply of Edgeworth when you fill up the canteen,’ and that speaks for what the average sailor thinks of this tobacco.” 1
