ESTUARY BRIDGE NEAR SHAG ROCK IS SUGGESTED.
Mr H. C. Jamieson presided over the regular meeting of the Sumner Burgesses’ Association held on Saturday evening. Correspondence was read asking that action be taken to arouse public interest in the provision of a bridge across the estuary close to Shag Rock. It was decided to invite the South Brighton Progress League to send a representative with all data available to the next meeting of the association. A motion was passed expressing appreciation of Mr F. C. Cooper’s numerous services to the borough.
