CHRISTCHURCH. ] (Before Mr H. A. Young, S.M.) i REMANDED. Robert Middleton, forty, was remanded till January 4 on a charge of carnally knowing a girl under twelve. , TWO CHARGES. On a charge of breaking the terms of his probation order, Frank Morcan, aged thirty-eight, was sentencd to fourteen days’ imprisonment with hard labour. On a charge of drunkenness he was convicted and fined 2s, the amount of his cab hire. MAINTENANCE.
Arthur M’Keeven, thirty-two. was remanded till January 21 on a charge of disobeying a maintenance order.
