KITCHEN EVENING.
Recently, in St Johns Schoolroom, Woolston, a kitchen evening was given in honour of Miss Ada Wass, who is to be married early next month. Miss Wass has been connected with the Woolston : Girls Friendly Society for many years. The associates and members gave many presents of a varied and useful nature. The Rev F. A. Tooley, vicar of Woolston, presided, and a very pleasant evening was spent with dancing and items. Mr Elmo Champion was M.C., and Master Russell Beaumont presided at the piano. Harris and V. Daniel; Messrs W. Tait, R. Pearce, Tootal, R. Foster, C. Lingard, A. Dixon and R. Beaumont.
