Per Press Association. TIMARU, December 21. At a meeting of the South Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union here to-dav, W. Mackie, of Christchurch, was disqualified for two years for alleged foul riding and abusive language when competing at Rakaia sports on December 8. '
