WHY LISTEN?
To the Editor. Dear Sir,—Poor 3ZC again. Don't they ever do anything right? Anybody broadminded enough can see little to complain of in the song “Listener” refers to. Personally I like the song. It amuses me, and, after- all, that’s what I pay 30s a year for. Perhaps “Listener” will think I don’t take much amusing, then, if I like that sort of song. Maybe so, but I like what I like. If “Listener” doesn’t like this shocking sort of thing, let him hang his phones on the wall every Tuesday night, just as I (and a few more) hang ours up on Thursday nights. The artists can’t please everybody, so if you don’t like the items, don't listen.—l am, etc., MOREOVIT.
