AUCKLAND ESTATE CHANGES HANDS.
BLOCK IN CITY AREA SOLD TO COMPANY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 22. An important real estate transaction was completed to-day in the sale of the late Sir Arthur Myers’s residence, “ Cintra,” and its 5 i acres. The property' was the only remaining large block in the city area under private ownership. The purchasers are the Fletcher Trust and Investment Company', Ltd., of Wellington, who propose forming a garden residential area.
