Dozens of workmen are at work today erecting side shows and big apparatus at Brighton. Never before lias Brighton been flagged and illuminated as it is on this occasion. No doubt this will be the commencement of many big yearly carnivals. Credit is due to the committee and the organiser who are at work on the final arrangements so as to give young and old a good time.
