MEETING OF CREDITORS LAPSED THIS MORNING
For want of a quorum, a meeting of the creditors of Charles Edgar M’Peak, of Christchurch, salesman, lapsed this morning.
The bankrupt’s statement showed assets nil. and liabilities £232 10s 6d. all owing to unsecured creditors. The principal amounts were owed to W. Jennings, grocer, £l3; W. Strange and Co., £49; J. Ballantyne and Co., £l6; Electrolux, Ltd., £59; F. D. Kesteven, £lB, and M. E. Wyber, £27.
