TWO DESTROYERS FOR CHILE RECEIVE ENSIGNS.

The first pair of six Chilian destroyers, the Serrano and Orelltf, are expected to proceed to their home waters shortly, and yesterday the Mayor of Southampton presented the two vessels with their ensigns.—British Official W ireless.
