FURTHER DEFALCATIONS ARE ALLEGED AGAINST A MISSING SOLICITOR.
AUCKLAND, December 20. Two further alleged defalcations, discovered in the affairs of Hector Robert Malcolm, the missing solicitor, bring the total of the defalcations charged to him to £BOSO. Debits totalling £425 bring the deficiencies to £8475.
