To th® Editor. Dear Sir,—Regarding the suggestions of “Cabinet Makers,” United supporters are with Sir Joseph Ward, and are pleased to hear that there will be no coalition with Reform. My idea: Sir Thomas MacKenzie and Mr Robert Masters for the Upper House; Sir Joseph to supervise and Jet the younger members of Cabinet do the hard work. —I am, etc., B. SMITH.
