(Received November 27, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, November 20. The British Admiralty have sent their condolences to the German naval authorities on the death # of Admiral von Scheer. The late Admiral commanded the German fleet at the Battle of Jutland.—Brjtish Official W’ireless.
