BOY MUST GIVE UP HIS AIR GUN.
Chrged that being under sixteen years of age he was in possession of an air-gun, a boy appeared at the Chil dren’s Court to-day before Mr H. A Young, S.M., Mrs A. E. Herbert. J.P. and Mr W. M. West, J.P. He said that the gun had been given him by a friend. The boy’s mother said that she did not like guns about the house, so the Magistrate ordered its confiscation, entering no conviction against the lad.
