BANKRUPT OWES £4652; AND HAS NO ASSETS.
Debts totalling £4652 6s 6d and no assets were shown in the financial statement of James Herbert Hulston, a bankrupt, of 73. Warrington Street! St Albans, a meeting of whose creditors was called for this morning, but lapsed for want of a quorum. Bankrupt is now an insurance agent, residing at 73, Warrington Street, but was formerly a sheep farmer. All the debts were owing to unsecured creditors, the largest of whom was the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Ltd., who had proved for £4637 10s Bd.
