To thuse who like a really good picture, ope that something of interest in every foot. “Life’s Circus," the leading film on the current programme at Everybody's Theatre, can be safely recommended. The story, as the title denotes, deals with circus life. In order to secure the . right atmosphere. a complete circus was engaged by the producers, and. after a programme had been filmed, the most thrilling acts were incorporated in the picture. Needless to say. there are sensations in abundance, some of the acts being the most thrilling and death - -defving ever seen in any circus. Though the story, in the main, tends towards the serious, there are many bright flashes of humour which supply the necessary comic relief iust at the right time. The leading role is played by Mary Johnson and she is assisted by a strong company of players. The second attraction is the ninth series of “The Collegians." This is a most amusing fiim. A suitable musical programme is contributed by the Select Orchestra, under the baton of Mr Albert Bidgood.
