LEAXAOZ OP OTORMATION. LONDON, October 9. The Paris correspondent of the “Morning Post’*, says:—"There is considerable sympathy with Mr Horan. Mr Hearst is regarded as the grand criminal of the piece. It is generally believed that he obtained the document at Geneva, and iiis conduct is even less inexcusable, when it is realised that on his ■*eturn from Geneva he was welcomed officially by the French Government an honoured guest, also at the very moment of dining with M. Berthelot at the Quai d’Orsay he had in liis pocket a document from M. Berthelot’s Department to whjeh he had no moral right, and which he intended to use to the detriment of France. In other quarters it is stated that the documents bore the imprint ‘French section of League of < Nations.* Therefore'it is held that it was not the property of the French Foreign Office, but of the League. It is stated that it had been handed to N£r Hearst at a private luncheon #artg by a. high oißcAzl of the dTOrsay. who. It Ist believed, was hostile to the idea of a naval pact.” A WMfO A*X TRIP. Leaving Blenheim at 10.45, this morning. Mr Douglas Mill, in his Moth aeroplane, did not arrive at the Wigram Aerodfome until 1.55 p,m.» the trip taking three hours and ten minutes. The strong wind delayed the machine, and the whole trip down was very rough.
