BIG CROWD SEES VAUDEVILLE TRIALS.
The vaudeville trials at the Queen’s Theatre last evening provided good entertainment for a large audience. The items on the programme were many and varied, and the audience was ever ready warmly to applaud good work by the competitors. Miss D. Hall was awarded the children’s prize. Miss Fbrscutt and Miss Cobby won the prize in the ladies’ section. Messrs Brown and Taylor were judged equfl among the men.
