LATE PERSONAL.
Messrs W. Riley, E. W. Hart and J. R. M’Kenzie (Wellington), E. C. Johnston and G. W. M’Cartney (Auckland), R. L. Macalister (Wellington) and H. H. Higgins, S. Newman and E. N. Sharp (Auckland) are recent arrivals at the United Service Hotel. Mr C. Kildebrandt (Sydney) is a guest at Warner’s Hotel. Bishop Chulaparambil and his secretarv. Father Thanayil, of India, arrived in Christchurch this morning by the ferry steamer. They are making a short tour of New Zealand on their way home from the Eucharistic Congress in Sydney. Mr H. M. Ford, secretary of the Clyde Navigation Trust, arrived at Auckland to-day from England by the lonic, on a special trade mission to New Zealand and Australia.
