(United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received September 20, 11.15 a.m.) WASHINGTON, September 25. President Coolidge is proceeding with the programme on the assumption that the pending Naval Bill is authorising the construction of fifteen cruisers and one aeroplane carrier. The Bill will pass Congress at the next session. The Bill was approved by the House last session, but was crowded out. The President understands that it will be taken up shortly after Congress is convened and will be made law.— Australian Press Association—United Service.
