Middleton: Seven-Eighths of a Penny in the £. 2. —A rate for Hospital and Charitable Aid purposes of One-Fourth (1) of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable property in the County of Waimairi. 3. —A Rate for Fire Protection purposes in that Special Area in the Fen- ! dalton, Wairarapa and Middleton Ridipgs, declared by Resolutions of the Council on 29th April and 12th May, 1924, of OneFourteenth (1-14) of a penny in the £ on the value of Improvements. 4. —A uniform fee for Sanitation pur- i poses on all the rateable properties in the Sanitation Area of the County as defined in By-law No. 2, and amendments thereof, as follows: Belfast Riding 20s per pan Papanui, Wairarapa, Fendalton, Middleton, Avon and Marshland Ridings, 26s per pan. 6.—A uniform fee of 10s for inspection of all Septic Tanks under the Jurisdiction of the Council. 6.—ln compliance with a Special Order of the Waimairi County Council, passed on the 13th day of July, 1925, a differential rate on the rateable value of all the rateable property in the Styx Drainage Area in the Styx, Belfast and Harewood Ridings of the County as follows:—— On Property described In classiflca-Sixty-Fourths of a Penny in the Drainage Area in the Styx Riding.
