THE WINTER SHOW An Attractive Display In any Show or Exhibition, public attention naturally centres upon displays having to do with foodstuffs and their production. The Christchurch Winter Show and Exhibition is no exception in this respect, the various exhibits in the Foods Section always demanding a share of public interest. It is significant also that visitors evince particular enthusiasm in any demonstration which shows progress and improved methods in the handling and production of food. Doubtless this fact accounts for the interest which has been manifest throughout the last fortnight in an exhibit depicting the baking of bread by electricity. tl ; ,> . .
