The Riccarton Citizens’ Association on Monday evening considered a report from the executive, presented by Messrs H. Odell and E. Vincent Smith, on the question of establishing a public libraryin Riccarton. The report was adopted, and a further resolution was carried authorising the executive to obtain further information and call a public meeting to discuss the projects.
