(Received August 20. 1 pm.) LONDON, August 19. The cruiser Champion, now at Portsmouth, will convey the remains of members of the crew of the submarine L 55 from Eckronstadt if arrangements are able to be made with the Soviet.

The Riga correspondent of “ The Times" states that the bodies have been placed in coffins. The commander was found at the steering gear, and the men’s caps bear the names of sixteen warships.
