Little Roger was inclined to be somewhat brusque, so his mother gave him sundry lessons in etiquette. The results were fairly satisfactory, until one day Jane, starting to leave the room, found herself suddenly hauled back. “ Look here! ” said Roger, “ don’t you know that you should wait till a gentleman opens the door for you?”
