NORTH CANTERBURY GUN CLUB.
Fifteen competed In a North Canterbury Gun Club’s twelve clay-bird match this afternoon, for trophies given by the president, Mr J. Skilling and Mr R. J. Taylor, jun.. with optional sweep. A. LL-Kerr (16yds) won the first prize, and A. Prestney (11yds) tho second prize. A. D. Keir won the. sweepstake. and A. J. Matthews, L. Kerr, W. Anderson and J. Wesley divided second money. In a second twelve-bird match for trophies donated by Mr J. G. Watkins and the club, L. Kerr (22yds) won the first trophy, and I. G. Watkins the second, while Kerr, Watkins and T. Potts divided the sweepstake.
