SQUARE WILL BE ILLUMINATED FOR JUBILEE EVENT.
To-day City Council electricians were busily engaged in suspending wires of coloured lamps in Cathedral Square, in preparation for the Jubilee celebrations. There promises to be a good blaze of colour in the Sqxiare. The General Post Office and Government Buildings will be illuminated, while the tramway shelter, which was decorated for Empire Shopping Week, will add to the spectacular sight.
